I can't log into my authenticator. I have made this post once before and it didn't let me post because it violated guidelines lol. I just need help logging in. I am using my work account right now to post this as I don't have access to my primary: [mod: PII redacted]@levionfinancials.com

Please reach out to me and help me get logged in as my authenticator isn't working. I got a new phone and the authentictor auto logged out and now I can't re-log in.

How do I contact support. None of the phone numbers work. They're all an ai bot that drops the call and tells me to go to the help site but the help site doesn't work.

How can I get in touch with a person for support?

If you're having trouble logging into your authenticator after getting a new phone, you can try the following steps:

    1. Reset App Passwords: If your authenticator app has logged you out, you may need to reset any app passwords associated with your account. You can do this by contacting your IT department or following your organization's procedures for account recovery.
    2. Use Backup Codes: If you have backup codes saved from when you set up two-factor authentication, you can use those to log in.
    3. Access Recovery Options: If you can't log in with the authenticator, check if your account has alternative recovery options set up, like email or SMS verification.
    4. Contact Support: If none of these options work, you may need to reach out to your IT support team or Microsoft support for assistance in regaining access to your account.
    5. Re-register the Authenticator: Once you regain access, consider re-registering your authenticator app with your account to ensure it works properly with your new phone.

For further assistance, you can refer to the end-user troubleshooting guide provided by Microsoft for multi-factor authentication issues.
