I am experiencing an issue where my Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant appears to be blocked due to inactivity. As a result, I am unable to sign in to any Microsoft portals.

Observed behavior:

Sign-in fails with error AADSTS5000225

Message indicates the tenant is blocked due to inactivity

Hello Marcelo Arthur,

Thanks for sharing the requested details in Private messages tab.

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
