Sales Chat Setup not working

Hi, i've used the following link to setup the Sales Chat for Copilot in Teams/Outlook https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-sales-copilot/set-up-sales-chat.

The sales app is all connected to my salesforce environment, however when i try to setup the Sales chat in the settings screen and click the setup button, it thinks about it for a few seconds then the button just changes back to setup and nothing happens. Is this a common issue or am i missing something?

Turns out you need a sales for copilot license before it can be fully setup.
