Copy Paste does not work, stops at 99%

When I try to copy and paste a file, the copy process stops at 99%. When I try a second time, nothing works (mouse right-click, copy, etc.)

May I know if the issue occurs with a single file source, such as a specific folder or drive? Or does it exists with all the paths?

Any antivirus you are using?
