How to get AB-100 certification

I have passed the AB-100 exam but did not get the certification. Does someone know why?

Exams are not certifications. The AB-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification.

You must also hold one of the prerequisite certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate
