URGENT support needed

Hi,

I paid £19.99 expecting to extend my Microsoft Office subscription yesterday, but Excel is not working anymore. It is very urgent!

If I am trying to buy a subscription, it gives me an error.

I want my £19.99 to be allocated to a new subscription, which gives me permission to use excel and Word.

At the top right of Word or Excel, log out of Office, then restart (not shut down) your PC and log back into Office, is your new subscription then recognized correctly.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link and check the expiry date on your Microsoft 365 subscription is it listed correctly for your new renewal payment.
