I purchased a Microsoft 365 personal subscription for $69.99 for 15 months for school it turned out that I didn't need it because the school gave it to us for free so I went to Best Buy where I purchased the subscription for refund and they told me that they couldn't give me a refund I had to go to you guys I called you guys I talked to a representative he said he would start the process of the refund I gave him my receipt details and everything you guys deactivated the subscription but I never received my refund

    You need to go back to Best Buy. They are giving you false information.
