Good afternoon Trought the chat, your colleague advice me to create a ticket but I can't found the options he told me.

To create a ticket in Business, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/support-for-business
  2. Click on "Get started" and sign in with any account you have access to when prompted.
  3. After signing in, select "Cloud and Online Services" followed by "Microsoft Store for Business" as your product. For the issue category, choose "Authentication or Failure to Log in to Microsoft Store for Business".
  4. For the type of support, choose "Professional No Charge".
  5. Summarize your issue or concern.
  6. After completing the form, click on Submit. Expect a call back or an email from our Business support within 24-48 hours.

As mentioned over private messages, please login to Azure with the tenant specific endpoint and pass the tenant ID I provided.

https://portal.azure.com/TenantID

And you will be able to access Azure portal.
