Hi,

If you canceled your subscription but were still charged, you need to request a refund through your Microsoft account. Go to Microsoft Services & Subscriptions, check your subscription status, and use the Request a Refund option under Order History. If the option isn’t available, contact Microsoft Support directly from the same page.
