"I am encountering a recurring issue on Windows 11 where I cannot download or install new applications or files. Every time I try (for example, with Corsair iCue), I receive the error message: 'Self Protection Failed Error Code 4'. Even after attempting to disable my security settings, the error persists, preventing me from installing any software."
