    Hi @Ewere Ighagbon
    Thanks for reaching out.

Billing, subscription cancellation, and refund request can't be handled through this Q&A forum, as we don't have visibility into individual accounts or payment details here.

To stop further charges and request a refund, please do the following:

    1. Verify the subscription status

    • sign in to the portal
    • Go to Account/ Billing / Subscriptions
    • Ensure the subscription is fully canceled (not just disabled)

    2. Raise a billing support request

    • Open a support ticket from the portal go to: Help + Support → Support Request → Billing
    • Include
      • Subscription ID
        • Invoice numbers
          • Date you cancelled

    3. Contact official support directly

    • if you no longer have the portal access, use the official support/contact page for billing issues to reach the billing team

The billing team will be able to review your account, stop any recurring charges, and determine refund eligibility based on the subscription terms.

If you face any issues creating a billing ticket, please let us know what error you're seeing and we can guide you further.

    Hope this helps.
