I HAVE BEEN WITH MICROSOFT REWARDS FOR OVER 6 YEARS. I ENJOY PLAYING EVERYDAY ESPECIALLY SINCE I RETIRED. HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES UNTIL 2025. I CAN STILL ACCUMULATE POINTS ON MY COMPUTER AND MY PHONE BUT CAN NOT USE MY POINTS BECAUSE IM TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED NOW FOR OVER 9 MONTHS. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST 8 DIFFERENT TIMES AND ASKED WHY I AM SUSPENDED AND THEY WONT EXPLAIN THEY JUST SEND ME A MICROSOFT TERMS OF SERVICE AND NO SIMPLE EXPLANATION. I HAVE SEEN IN FORUMS THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE SUSPENDED THAT THERE ARE MANY MORE. IF THEY DONT WANT PEOPLE TO PLAY WHY NOT DO AWAY WITH MICROSOFT REWARDS. ITS SAD THAT LOYAL PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY NOWADAYS GET CRAPPED ON FROM GREEDY COMPANIES. ALL I WANT TO DO IS REDEEM MY POINTS AND CONTINUE PLAYING IVE LEARNED SO MUCH USING MICROSOFT REWARDS. PLEASE JUST A SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF WHAT I HAVE DONE WRONG SO I CAN FIX THIS MICROSOFT IS SURELY BETTER THAN THIS PETTY RESTRICTION.
