Problems with changing the subscription plan

I was charged for a Family Plan but I didn't need a Family Plan and want to change it to an Individual Plan and get a refund for the difference. How do I do that? I try to use the 'contact us' tab and receive an error message for a broken link.

    To change from the Microsoft 365 Family subscription to the Personal subscription, that is switching to a subscription with fewer features, and Microsoft indicate the only way to do that is to cancel the current Microsoft 365 Family subscription, then take out a new Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, they provide this information in this link.

    All support options don't appear to be working. How do I contact customer service to discuss my issue?
