    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

I'm afraid that account recovery is automated, and no one here can access accounts. When a hacker changes the email, it complicates the recovery process. However, you can first try using the Sign-in Helper tool.

If it does not help, fill out the account recovery form. Please note that it may take some time to receive a response:

To recover your Microsoft account after it has been compromised, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account recovery page: Visit the Microsoft account recovery page and select the option that indicates you can’t access your account.
    2. Follow the prompts: You will be guided through a series of steps to verify your identity. Since your email has been changed, you may need to provide additional information to prove your identity.
    3. Use recovery options: If you have set up recovery options (like a phone number or alternate email), you may be able to receive a verification code to regain access.
    4. Submit a support request: If you cannot recover your account using the automated process, you can submit a support request to Microsoft. You will need to provide as much information as possible about your account and the changes that were made.
    5. Identity verification: Be prepared to verify your identity through official documentation or other means as requested by Microsoft.
    6. Contact support: If you have a Microsoft partner or IT department, reach out to them for assistance in recovering your account.

It’s important to act quickly to prevent further unauthorized access to your account.
