Нужна помощь в активации виндовс.

Суть вопроса. После обновления драйверов, и перезагрузки пк, вылезло окно разблокировать диск с помощью BitLocker, этот ключ я никогда не создавал и не сохранял. В учетной записи его также не было. Пригласил специалиста, он смог только решить проблему переустановкой виндовс, и установил свою 11 домашнюю версию. Но у меня была установлена 11 интерпрайс (как мне объяснили привязанная к материнской плате). После установки виндовс домашней, у меня в аккаунте исчезло устройство (компьютер) привязанное и на котором был установлен виндовс.

Как мне сейчас все восстановить у активировать виндовс

    инструмент wmic не помог. Что еще можно предпринять?
