Microsoft is giving me the run around on 365 subscriptions. Its says i didn't have a 365 subscription but i am being billed every month. in order to solve a one drive is full issue I had to add another basic 365 subscription. Microsoft robot agent thinks I have a business subscription so I can't sign in with the only personal e-mail account I have with Microsoft. The support number is no help because it keeps giving me a web address to solve my issues it won't even let me talk it's like it remembers my phone number. Thanks
