Hi, I have over 15 years old email account that I've lost access to once I switched from Iphone 16 to iphone 17. Literally my whole life is on that email!!!!!!! All my banks, work, social and 15 years are in that email and suddenly I get **** locked by Microsoft and I CANNOT return it through my MOBILE NUMBER that I have also used for 15+ year!! It's been more then 2 weeks since it got locked. I don't know what to do everything is there!!! i'm about to do i don't know what!!! Tried all recovery accounts and everything and I can't access still! IM NOT GETTING THAT EMAIL CODE!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

    To recover the account, kindly follow the steps below:

    Note: If you have already completed Methods 1 and 2, please skip these steps and contact Accounts and Billing Support using the instructions below.

    Then follow the prompts to recover.

    Method 2. I recommend submitting a recovery form:

    Please complete the form and expect a reply within a couple of days.

    If all fails, you may reach Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit enter.

    Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"
