Managing external identities to enable secure access for partners, customers, and other non-employees
To open a support case for Azure Active Directory B2C, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- If you have access to multiple tenants, select the Settings icon in the top menu to switch to your Microsoft Entra tenant from the Directories + subscriptions menu.
- In the Azure portal, search for and select Microsoft Entra ID.
- In the left menu, under Troubleshooting + Support, select New support request.
- On the 1. Problem description tab:
- For Issue type, select Technical.
- For Subscription, select your Azure subscription.
- For Service type, select Azure Active Directory Business to Consumer (B2C).
- Fill in the Summary and Problem type fields.
- Select Next and follow the prompts to provide additional details about your issue.
- If you encounter difficulties, ensure that you allow Microsoft support to access your Azure resources for faster resolution by selecting Yes under Advanced diagnostic information.
- Finally, review your support ticket details and select Create to submit it.
