    Hello

If you go to your account https://account.live.com > subscription, is family plan listed there? if so, click on manage and cancel it there. Then go subscribe the personal plan.

Use this method to chat with support for refund. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

You say to contact support. I have looked around to the word support and can not find help. I did find a Q&A place and appreciate this. Please send a support link.

To stay on the Individual personal Microsoft 365 and Office plan, you should avoid switching to a family plan. If you are currently being billed for a family plan and do not wish to be, you can take the following steps:

    1. Check Your Current Subscription: Log into your Microsoft account and review your current subscription details to confirm that you are on the correct plan.
    2. Change Your Subscription: If you find that you are on a family plan, you can switch back to the Individual plan. You can do this by navigating to the subscription management section of your account and selecting the option to change or downgrade your plan.
    3. Contact Support: If you encounter issues or if you believe you have been wrongfully billed, it's advisable to contact Microsoft 365 support for assistance. They can help clarify your billing situation and ensure you are on the correct plan.

For more detailed steps on managing your subscription, including how to switch plans, you can refer to the official Microsoft documentation.
