My wife keeps getting this error "There are too many files in this folders."

How is this possible if I am putting everything in onedrive. Any ideas would be of great help.

The error message "There are too many files in this folder" typically occurs in SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business when a folder, library, or list contains more than 100,000 items. In such cases, you cannot break permission inheritance or reinherit permissions on that folder, library, or list. Additionally, the supported limit of unique permissions for items in a list or library is 50,000, with a recommended general limit of 5,000. If your wife is encountering this error, it may be due to the number of files exceeding these limits.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following:

    1. Reduce the number of items in the folder by moving some items out temporarily, breaking or reinheriting permissions, and then moving them back.
    2. Aim to have fewer uniquely permitted items in the list or library.

This approach should help in managing the folder's contents and resolving the error.
