I have been billed twice for Microsoft 365 family - by mistake had my business email and personal email subscribed for the same network - My business one was deducted on the 1st of December and my personal one was paid last week. Please advise how I can get a refund on the business subscription - you will see no activity on this subscription.

    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'm happy to assist you. Looks like you've accidentally purchased a subscription twice and you would like to cancel the other one and request for a refund.

Just a friendly reminder, no one has access to your account in public forum for your security and privacy.

You may check the link below on how to request a refund:

And in case it didn't help, you will be needing to reach the MS Accounts & Billing Support to check your account.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Ensure that your MS Account has been signed in (the one with the subscription)

Type "Chat with an agent" and hit Enter.

    Please click the "Contact support"

Please select the "Products and services"

Please follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

You may also choose the "Call me back" option if you prefer to receive a call.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Tin L
