GOAL: I want to set the active hours from 8am to 11pm (within 18hrs max)

ISSUE: in the current Active Hours window, the am/pm field does not display either am/pm. Once I click the start (or end) time for adjustment, neither am/pm is displayed as an option in the right field (which I presume is the am/pm field). There does appear to be a dot in the am/pm field, which I can select "dot" or "blank".

QUESTION: Does the "dot" represent "pm"?

So, before restarting, I went back and viewed the Active Hours window and noticed the Reset had changed the time (below). Interesting it moved the location of the am/pm to the far left field.

Awesome! I guess that is due to regional practice.

Could you please take a moment to accept the answer?. Wishing you good luck!

    Hi Christopher,

Weird glitch. It is AM and PM here. I think dot is PM in your case.

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type intl.cpl

    Press Enter.

Go to Additional Settings > Time tab. Click Reset.

Restart the PC and check if the issue is resolved.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
