My pc doesn't have the whitesmoke rgb color in library

I am using vs code and trying to learn web development. I have tried to use #f5f5f5 the whitesmoke rgb color and there were no difference with the original white. How can i solve that problem, other pc's show that color properly but in my pc i can't see the color whitesmoke i only can see it as white. Using windows 10.
