I’m kindly asking for help with Support Request SR #2510100030002067.

During a phone call, support told me I only needed to pay $99 if take the wavier right now, and the case was closed on that call. After that, I sent several follow‑up emails but have not received any replies until now.

A unexpected invoice for AUD 362.36 appeared (Invoice G123335218), bringing my total to $461.82. This was surprising because I was told the remaining balance was only AUD 99. I use my Developer subscription just for learning, and I can't pay these unexpected charges for learning Microsoft products.

I also received a deprovisioning warning even though my dispute was never properly resolved.

Could the team please help by reviewing the new invoice, reopening or escalating my case, and considering a full waiver. your assistance is hugely appreciated.
