PRODUCT CODE NOT WORKING

I have tried several times to contact Microsoft and AI cannot help keeps hanging up.

The Office 365 card was purchased through the AAFES Military exchange

The Product code does not work, code # <PII removed>

I AM TRYING TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTIOB AS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE OVER THE MANY YEARS

NEED HELP PLEASE, A REAL PEWRSON WOULD BE A GRFEAT START.

    How are you trying to redeem the product key? What happens when you try? You don't usually renew a subscription by buying a new product key (which you should not publish in a public forum). If you have a subscription, log into your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and renew it there.
