I am aware of where to change the user account privileges however the user account control (UAC) pops up asking for the username and password and i believe it is of the local computer administrator. I am attempting to use my microsoft account but it does not accept this.
When I check the credentials I believe that the user account created on the local machine is not an administrator

I have setup a new pc with windows 11 however the first user account i created does not have administrator privileges. I cannot find how to change this. Every attempt requests a username and password for the local computer.
Do i have to reinstall windows and start from scratch?
