Lost authenticator 2fa codes

I had authenticator on my iphone which had multiple 2fa codes including my NHS office 365 (all working fine), my pension account and at least one more I can not remember.

I recently bought a new phone and the 2fa codes have not carried across other than my office 365 account. I need the 2fa to be able to access my pension account and I have no other option to 2fa (e.g. SMS) to access my pension account. They have said they can not change how i receive 2fa and I need to contact you on how to restore my authenticator 2fa log ins.

Please can you advise on how I can do this
