Hello. I recently met the MCT qualification requirements. I used my current developer account, but when I tried to register as an MCT management account, I received an error due to a duplicate phone number. I deleted the existing account profile and tried to register again, but I still received an error. 1. I used ******@dntsys.onmicrosoft.com as my developer account. 2. After deleting the profile for account 1, I registered a developer account as ******@hotmail.com. I also used this account before and registered with a different phone number, but I'm getting the following error. Help please: Error : 40351

It seems you are encountering issues with registering a Microsoft developer account due to a duplicate phone number error. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Account Deletion: Ensure that your previous account has been fully deleted. Sometimes, it may take a while for the system to update and recognize that the account has been removed.
    2. Use a Different Phone Number: Since the error indicates a duplicate phone number, try registering with a different phone number that has not been associated with any Microsoft accounts.
    3. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your account situation and help resolve any underlying issues.
    4. Verify Account Type: Make sure that you are using the correct type of account for your registration. If you are trying to register as a management account, ensure that your developer account meets all necessary requirements.
    5. Wait for System Updates: After deleting an account, there may be a waiting period before you can register again. Ensure that you have waited the appropriate time before attempting to register again.

If you follow these steps and still face issues, contacting Microsoft support directly would be the best course of action to get tailored assistance for your situation.
