Power-BI: importing folder of multiple PDF files where table needs to be "transposed"

Hello,

I'm having an issue importing multiple pdf files in a folder. Each pdf files contains a "sideways" table where the header is on the left of the table and the information is on the right.
No issue when importing a single pdf and using transpose.

E.g.

Example PDF file content in each PDF

Date: 2021/09/21
Sequence No: 12
Amount: 2300
Description: Sample Text
Remarks: Sample Text

End result should be a single table containing information from all PDFs:

Date: Sequence No: Amount Description Remarks
2021/09/21 12 2300 Sample Text Sample Text
2021/09/23 13 3390 Sample Text Sample Text
2021/09/27 14 1310 Sample Text Sample Text
