3 years subscription?

When I bought my laptop, I received 3 years of microsoft 365 subscriptions, but its now asking me to purchase it again. I have the 3 packets in front of me but how can i see whats going on?

Hello !

Just to confirm, when you bought the laptop, did you receive three individual Microsoft 365 1-year subscription ? If this was not the case, what form did the 3 years included with your PC take?
Firstly, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services . Can you see your Microsoft 365 subscription ? You should see it as expired.
If you have the 25-character product key of your Microsoft 365 subscription, head to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem to redeem the subscription on your Microsoft account.
You should be able to use Microsoft 365 again.

    Yes I received three individual one year subscriptions when I purchased my lap top
