Password syncing problem

Dear all,
I'm having a problem with password sync from Azure AD to AD local.
Detail:
- I can sync my account from AD local to Azure, and I signed up for the trial of Enterprise Mobility + Security E5
25045-12345.png - I followed the following instructions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/tutorial-enable-sspr-writeback to configure in AD local.
But when reset password on Azure AD, the error is as follows:
