How do I restore Microsoft Authenticator accounts on my new iPhone?

I did not have iCloud backup on my old iPhone. When I migrated to my new phone, I saw all accounts had vanished. How can I restore those accounts?

There needs to have been a backup in place for any hope of recovery.
