No VPN working

Hi everyone!

I recently tried to install FORTRAN and subsequently Visual Studio 2012 on my win 7 laptop and my win 10 PC, and both got the same issue that is no VPN works on them! I uninstalled FORTRAN and Visual Studio but the issue hasn't been solved also I tried antivirus scan and registry cleaner but didn't work!

please help

I'm so sad :(
