Windows 2019 dhcp option 120 ( SIP server ) is missing

Hi,

i want to add DHCP option 120 ( SIP Servers ) in windows 2019 DHCP but i cant see any option as such. pls refer to attached. can anyone guide how to add option 120 ? thanks. 14978-dhcp-option-120.jpg

    Hi,

    Welcome to our new Q&A platform.

    Please refer to the following detailed steps to define a new option----DHCP option 120:

    1. On the server running DHCP, open the DHCP MMC.
    2. Expand DHCP and select DHCP server name.
    3. Right click IPv4 or IPv6, select "Set Predefined Options"

    4. In Predefined Options and Values window, click Add.

    5. Then in Option Type window please insert the information as below:

    Name: SIP server

    Data Type: IP address, select Array

    Code: 120

    Description: IP address of SIP server

    1. Click OK, this option has been added on the DHCP server and you can configure this option on specific scope.
