Bitlocker Drive Encryption Error

Question

I have few computers which I am trying to get the bitlocker enabled with TPM enabled and running into error even though TPM is enabled.

Following has been done:

1. Changed to PTT in bios
2. Secure boot is on
3. Bios is set to UEFI only
4. Bios is updated to latest version from manufacture
5. Did Clean install windows 10 latest version as of 09/28th
6. Harddrive is GPT format.
7. TPM 2.0 is enabled and verified by tpm.msc
8. After login into computer as domain admin, I can see "prepare the TPM is grayed out". Clear the TPM is available.. Cleared the TPM but still same error.
9. CMR is disabled

Also under system information I am seing the following statement "Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected"

Have you attempted to "clear" the TPM within TPM.MSC ?

It seems you have tried out all the possibilities, I would suggest you to check whether if the Hardware is right by contacting the PC manufacturer support.
