Cannot import csv etc. in Excel 2016 by query

I want to import csv via new query in Excel but get the following error.

"Microsoft Excel could not load a required component. This may have been corrupted or deleted. Reinstall the client software or database data source driver."

This is not only by importing csv also other extebnties don't work en give me the same error.
I did reinstall Office but noting get better.

How can i reinstal client software or drive ?? And witch drive or clientsoftware ??

Please help

    Could you please tell us which version of Office 2016 are you using?
    Such as Office Professional Plus 2016.

    How did you get the Office installation content?

    Please go to Control Panel to perform a repair for Office.

    If nothing helps, I would suggest you use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to remove the Office completely and reinstall it again.
