    Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    It seems there is something wrong with Compatibility of client. Could we check the latest SSU and CU have been installed? If not, please install them.

    Besides, Micrsoft release a Windows 10 Dynamic Update KB4557956, it makes improvements to ease the installation experience when updating to Windows 10, version 2004. We could check if the issue is solved after installing it.

    Are the BIOS and drivers updated to the latest versions? There could be a block on due to one of these.
