How to get the License Details from Volume Licensing Pool, if forgot ?

Hi All,

In my organisation, we have purchased around 200 licenses for Windows Server 2016, and was provided with the credentials to log into Volume Licensing Pool and have the license details, however now that credential is not working or we forgot the password. Reason being we are left with no access to Volume Licensing pool.

The credentials which was created on the name of one of the employee, has left the organization and we cannot even reset his account password.

Would request anyone to please guide as what we can do get our licenses details as we have only used around 45 licenses and we want to use the remaining ones.

    Hi there,

    I would suggest you to call your Microsoft Activation Center, so they might help you out with this as you have forgotten the Password for the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).
