How do I add a new work email address?
How can I add another email address to my Microsoft 365 account.
Greetings, all!
I hope all is well! I currently have an iCloud.com email address. I would like to add another email to my Microsoft 365 account. What do I need to do to make that happen? I can be reached at ******@yahoo.com for any solutions or ******@icloud.com.
Thank you,
Loretta Champion Johnson

If so, go to Your Info > Sign in preference, Add an alias.
You have two options here:
Create new: this will allow you to use the native domain outlook.com to create a new alias.
Add existing: this will allow you to add a 3rd party email address, such as yahoo, gmail, as long as they are not already associated with another Microsoft account.
Note - you cannot add an existing outlook.com/hotmail.com address. You also cannot add an email address that's work or school email address.

- Log into the Microsoft 365 admin center: You need to be a member of the user administrator role to add email aliases.
- Go to Users > Active users: Find the user account you want to manage.
- Select the user: Click on the user’s name to open their settings.
- Manage username and email: Under the Aliases section, select Manage username and email. (Note: This option will not be visible if the user does not have a license assigned.)
- Add the new alias: In the Username field, enter the new email alias you want to add, select the appropriate domain from the drop-down list, and click Add.
- Save changes: After adding the alias, choose Save changes. It may take up to 24 hours for the new alias to become active.
Once added, emails sent to both your primary and alias email addresses will go to your inbox. When replying, the From address will depend on the email client you are using.
