Code 10 for Microsoft basic display adapter

I recently was trying to play a game called dishonored 2, it wouldn't start so I looked for guides one said to use the AMD cleaner utility. I did so and the game worked(albeit badly because Bethesda made that game horribly) but then I looked at my device manager to see if it messed up my drivers and it showed a error code for the microsoft basic display adapter. I already tried updating it and redownloading and some other guides but nothing worked. Its not a necessary item I think but I rather have the backup so I can at least use my monitor.

Hi there! My name is David. It’s a pleasure to help you today.

Could you give me more information, please?

Do you have a laptop or a desktop PC?

It’s possible that your PC has an iGPU and a dedicated GPU, and that the driver for one of them is not installed.

Do you see the AMD graphics in the Device Manager?

    Regards.
