Hi,

Since yesterday afternoon I haven't been able to log in to my business Microsoft account. Since I'm the admin of our organization, I can't really ask anyone else to help me access my account. I haven't logged in for a week or so, so I have no clue as to why I suddenly can't log in anymore.

Can you help me regain access to my account? Our Azure portal contains a lot of production applications for our customers, so it's important for us to be able to access it.

    If you have already exhausted your account recovery options, made sure your account is correctly configured, and tried logging in using a fresh browser in incognito mode, you may need to reach out to the Azure Data Protection team.

    If you are the only global admin on the tenant, the Azure Data Protection team will help you get unlocked. (Otherwise they will ask you to get access from another admin on your tenant.)

    Hi all,

    I have the exact same problem. The admin account stopped working, but logging in as a user is working. How can I best proceed? We have a non profit license.
