    Dear Geir Helge Svenøy,

Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better assist you, could you please provide a few more details about the issue? From my understanding, you have already added a payment card, but the system is unable to charge it. If this is correct, please confirm which subscription is affected. You may also try replacing the card with another one to check whether the issue persists.

If this subscription is associated with a business account, we recommend creating a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by navigating to Admin Center > Support > Help & Support. You can submit a support request directly at https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests

The Microsoft support team specializes in billing-related concerns and has higher-level access and appropriate escalation channels to handle this type of issue effectively. This approach will ensure a more efficient and accurate resolution for your case.

I hope the information above is helpful. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

If your Office subscription has been canceled despite having a registered payment card, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Subscription Status: Go to your Microsoft account at account.live.com and verify that your subscription is indeed active.
    2. Sign In Correctly: Ensure that you are signed into the correct account in the Office applications. You can check this by going to Files > Accounts and then clicking on "Update License" to log in again.
    3. Payment Issues: If there are issues with the payment method, you may need to update or verify your credit card information to ensure it is accurate and valid.
    4. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider creating a support request through the Azure portal for further assistance.

These steps should help you address the cancellation of your Office subscription urgently.
