Sign out of Office completely.

Make sure your Microsoft 365 subscription shows under your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services

Reinstall Office while signed in with the correct account.

sign in, click “Investigate charge,” and submit it. Microsoft will check and contact you about refunds or updates.
