To Use the Get Help App
- Open the Get Help app
- Press Windows key and type Get Help, then select the app from the search results.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Use the same account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Describe your issue
- In the chat box, type a short description like: “Cannot submit support ticket on Microsoft Support site – HTTP Error 500.30.”
- Follow the prompts
- The virtual agent will suggest solutions. If those don’t work, choose Contact a person or Talk to an agent.
- Choose your support option
- You can request a callback, chat with an agent, or schedule a call depending on availability.
