Hello!

The chat help or the technical help on chat has failed for about 2 years now, have been constantly in touch with chat agents since 2-3 years but they are not bothered, even today I chatted for about 5-7 times but they are careless and display nonsense and unbothered attitude

My DELL AIO 3464 shows this security box in which there are several users & I think my PC is hacked or some fraud is taking place (see the attachment)

Please help

    Your screenshot does not indicates any problems on your system, all those users listed are normal in Windows if your account is the second from bottom account listed, the others are generic user account profiles in Windows and the UnknownAccount (S-15-3...) is not a user account it is a Security Descriptor used by Windows for low level security and file access.,
