To address the issue of your Azure account being blocked due to inactivity (AADSTS5000225), you have a couple of options:
- Reactivation: If you want to reactivate the account, the tenant administrator can reach out to Microsoft support to request reactivation within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. If the tenant has been inactive for more than 20 days, it will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Creating a New Account: If you do not need the previous account and just want to create a new Azure account with the same email address, you will need to ensure that the old account is deleted first. If the account is still accessible, you may need to delete it through the Azure portal or contact support for assistance.
