Error 0x8007000D - 0x4002C during a clean installation can be caused by bad RAM or a failing disk. or a defective USB stick.

It seems you're experiencing a complex issue with your Windows installation after an interruption during the reset process. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Boot from USB: Make sure your USB drive with Windows 11 installation media is properly created. You can use the Windows Media Creation Tool to ensure it’s correctly set up.
    2. Access BIOS/UEFI Settings: Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, F10, DEL, or ESC during startup). Ensure that the USB drive is set as the primary boot device.
    3. Repair Installation: When booting from the USB, select the option to repair your computer instead of installing. This can help fix boot issues without losing your files.
    4. Reset Password: If you are prompted for an administrator password and cannot remember it, you may need to reset it. You can do this by booting into recovery mode and using the command prompt to reset the password.
    5. Clean Installation: If all else fails and you have backed up your files, consider performing a clean installation of Windows 11. This will erase everything on your drive, so ensure you have backups of important data.
    6. Check for Hardware Issues: If the problem persists, it might be worth checking for any hardware issues, such as a failing hard drive or RAM problems.

If you continue to face issues, you may want to consult with Microsoft support for further assistance.
