Question

So i tried resetting my laptop and during that installation after deleting everything it shut down cuz of the charger was unplugged. I tried charging it and starting it again but it kept going through a loop non stop. After that it started normally but like a completely new setup, it told me i needed the password of the administrator and i tried every password and it didnt work. Now i tried installing windows 11 to my usb using another pc and i did the reboot with usb in but its stuck showed me that windows error thing (check last picture). What to do now im stuck..
