multiple authenticator access requests originating from a different country

Question

Receiving multiple requests from authenticator for approvals not requested by me.

All checks have been conducted on privacy/security tabs and there are no suspicious devices, nor locations upon which there is any log ins. The request on the authenticator says it is originating from a device in Germany - I am not in Germany.
