This MS Community Help is a joke. Going through numerous questions and problems posted by users, none of them have ever been answered. To get anyone of MS support team to talk to or chat with is impossible task. I am so disappointed with Microsoft and all these big tach companies. They hooked us on their products, they took our money and now, they are virtually telling us, "screw yourself dummies." What recourses do we have?

I understand your frustration with Microsoft customer support. Many users have expressed similar concerns about the difficulty in getting timely and effective assistance. If you're facing issues with Microsoft products or services, here are some resources you can consider:

    1. Microsoft Community: This is a platform where users can ask questions and share experiences. While responses may vary, it can be a good place to seek help from other users.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you're unable to resolve your issue through community forums, you can try reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. You can use the following steps:
      • Go to the Microsoft Support page.
      • Type your issue in the search bar and look for relevant support articles.
      • If you need to speak with a representative, look for options to contact support via chat or phone.
    3. No-cost Technical Support: Microsoft offers no-cost technical support for various issues. You can find more information on how to access this support through their official documentation.

If you feel that your concerns are not being addressed adequately, consider providing feedback directly to Microsoft about your experience. They often take user feedback seriously as they strive to improve their services.
