DirectX setup error

I am having issues with Fortnite not running due to .dlll issue. Everything points to DirectX corrupted file. How can I get this to install correctly?

    Did the game work correctly before?

    I can suggest using (DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer) to try installing or repairing DirectX components:

    Download and run dxwebsetup.exe > When the process finishes, restart your PC and try running the game.
